What You Will Do:

• Assist Superintendents with daily on-site supervision of construction projects to ensure projects are progressing according to plans, schedules and budgets.
• Maintain on site project files for work scopes, submittals, RFI's, bulletins, drawing logs, sketches and as-built drawings.
• Communicate and maintain a strong relationship with subcontractors, clients, owners, etc.
• Safety checks and enforcement of safety standards as outlined in the company safety manual.
• Ensure total subcontractor compliance with all jobsite safety requirements.
• Attend and participate in weekly coordination meetings.
• Solve problems and make quick, accurate decisions and take responsibility for decisions.
• Other duties assigned from time to time.

What You Will Need:

• Bachelors' degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or Business Management.
• 1-3 years of professional experience (internship or full-time) in the construction industry or related fields preferred.
• Knowledge of safety standards
